Finally I had time to update. We are in TEXAS!!! It's so great to be back home to be with family. We got to spend some time with my folks and we are now at Zach's folks in Hico. This is such a sweet, pretty little town. There are such pretty homes and it's such a quaint community. I like Andrews and I love the people, but there's just something about trees and a river that runs through a town ... This is where we were married and my grandmother told me years ago that her dad had opened up a little mercantile just before the Great Depression. I had roots here before I had even met Zach!

Anywho, we will be fishing and playing golf and just enjoying the time here. Can't wait to get back here for good!

Zach had his surgery and he's doing well. His stitches recovered very well. Long story short, we were playing softball with some friends about two weeks ago and he felt this sharp pain from his stomach down through his leg. Turns out he had a hernia and he had to have surgery to fix it. It's fixed, he's good and has a cool new scar to be proud of.
