Hello all ... It has been quite a while since I have blogged. There's been a lot going on and not too much going on. Mainly, computer problems at both my satellite homes have been on the fritz. Maybe that's a clue that I should just stay in Benbrook! It won't be long now until Zach's home for a whole month! He will attend the finishing ceremony at the academy on the 1st of February and then leave right after. It took him 16 hours to get to Georgia last time so that will put him here at about 4 in the morning on Feb. 2nd, which is our anniversary! What a great present! I cannot wait to see him! He's in for a huge shock. I am twice as big now as I was when he saw me at Christmastime. And the baby is moving all the time all over the place. I hope he's ready!

I am SOOO looking forward to the shower this Saturday! I just can't wait to see my friends and family. There are going to be so many people there who I haven't seen in ages. I can't wait! I am just happy about the socialization, too. Maybe I can actually expand my activity calendar!

Not much else to write about ... me and mom and dad put the baby's stroller and carrier together last night. It's funny to watch them marvel over the modern conveniences of babydom. There was nothing like that when my sis and I were babies. Mom was saying a car seat wasn't mandatory and that if you did have a car seat, it was like a high chair with the legs cut off. She also said that she HELD me in the front seat on the way home from the hospital. What a gas! I am living in a different time! We have crib standards now for God's sake! That will be funny to talk about at the shower.

Hope you can all make it! Can't wait to see you!
