So I had one of those moments tonight where you just get disgusted with yourself. You just see something or feel something that you know you need to change about yourself, and you get disgusted. It is my opinion that in order to actually make a life change, you have to get disgusted. So, I will.

I was telling Debra about the trip to Las Vegas. I think that might just dominate my thoughts for a while now. I just had so dang much fun.

Any body ever heard of this? We've been using the hell out of it.
